Nitrile (NBR / Buna-N)

Nitrile (NBR / Buna-N) is the industry workhorse for oil and fuel resistance. It offers exceptional resistance to petroleum-based oils, fuels, and hydraulic fluids, combined with excellent mechanical toughness and high abrasion resistance. This makes it the ideal choice for manufacturing heavy-duty oil seals, industrial O-rings, high-pressure hydraulic diaphragms, and rugged fuel line hoses.

Viton® / FKM (Fluorocarbon)

Viton® / FKM (Fluorocarbon) is engineered for the most severe industrial environments where standard elastomers fail. It delivers superior performance under extreme continuous heat up to 180°C (and intermittent exposure up to 250°C) while remaining completely impervious to ozone, weathering, and aggressive chemical attacks. Because of its high chemical stability, it is heavily relied upon for high-vacuum seals, chemical processing pump gaskets, and aerospace sealing systems.

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene) provides outstanding resistance to environmental degradation, making it highly stable when exposed to ozone, direct sunlight, steam, water, and severe outdoor weather conditions. It also features excellent electrical insulation properties. Industries frequently utilize EPDM for outdoor infrastructure, automotive weather-stripping, high-temperature steam valve seals, and durable industrial outdoor gaskets.

Silicone (VMQ)

Silicone (VMQ) is celebrated for its incredible temperature flexibility, maintaining its structural integrity across a vast thermal spectrum from -60°C to +230°C. It is an inherently non-reactive, inert, and odorless material, making it ideal for cleanroom, hygienic, or food-grade regulatory standards. This elastomer is widely compounded for dairy and food processing equipment seals, medical-grade gaskets, and high- or low-temperature electrical insulation.

Neoprene (CR / Chloroprene)

Neoprene (CR / Chloroprene) offers an excellent, well-rounded balance of chemical stability and mechanical strength. It exhibits good resistance to degradation from sunlight, environmental ozone, and mild oils while maintaining robust tear resistance. Thanks to its versatile structural endurance, it is commonly used to manufacture heavy-duty anti-vibration mounts, flexible dust bellows, industrial grommets, and marine-grade seals.

Natural Rubber (NR)

Natural Rubber (NR) remains unmatched when it comes to raw physical dynamics, offering supreme elasticity, maximum tensile strength, and high tear resistance. It absorbs high-frequency mechanical stress and impacts better than most synthetic options, making it the absolute best material choice for high-load mechanical vibration isolation, heavy-duty engine mounts, industrial suspension bushings, and durable machinery wear pads.
